We offer training to suit all levels of experience and ability!
The main trainings take place on Tuesday and Thursday at 18.30 and depending on matches in the season, on Saturdays as well. Our main base is currently on Berliner SportClub e.V. (BSC). The main team play traditional XVs rugby union and play in the Regionalliga Ost (third tier of German rugby). Training is mostly focused on fitness, match play and of course winning matches! Beginners are very welcome and we can bring you up to speed pretty quickly!
Our ‘Gentleman’s Training’ is with Berlin Irish team on every  Sunday at 13:00 at the Park am Gleisdreick (Schönberger Wiese). This is a less strenuous training for ex and/or social payers and for those who are rugby curious. Focus is on core skills, fitness and we usually play a ‘lighter’ match amongst ourselves or with other ‘Gentlemen’s’ teams.
